If you send New Vision Europe a message via email or the contact page, you will need to complete some details such as your name and email address. This information will be stored securely and will be used to contact you only for purposes relating directly to New Vision Europe.
1.2. Analytics information
New Vision Europe uses analytics data to measure traffic and user behaviour on the website. This tool collects information sent by your browser or mobile device. This information enables New Vision Europe to see which pages you visit and how New Vision Europe can subsequently optimize its services. The information collected cannot be traced back to individual users.
1.3. Commercial and marketing communication
The information New Vision Europe collects is used to communicate directly with you. New Vision Europe may send you emails with newsletters or special offers. If you no longer wish to receive such emails, you may unsubscribe using the link provided at the bottom of each email. Your data will also be used to send you invoices and reminders of services provided. These include technical support, quotes and security updates. You cannot unsubscribe from e-mails relating to services.

Your data will be shared with a third party only if that party has to work together with New Vision Europe to provide a service you have requested. Said third party will be provided only with such information as is absolutely necessary to provide the service requested in optimal manner. The third party therefore tacitly agrees with New Vision Europe's Privacy Policy.

New Vision Europe may update this privacy policy. These rules depend on many factors that are still under development. If the Privacy Policy is updated, the 'last updated' date at the bottom of this document will be changed accordingly.
